Shake well before every use. Place a dime-sized amount on a cotton ball/pad and gently rub across the rim of your lashes, brows or any other desired area, carefully avoiding eyes or any other sensitive orifices.

After removing your makeup with #1 eye and make up remover- wet face, place a quarter-sized amount on your hand and apply to your wet face carefully avoiding your eyes and other orifices. Replace your current sunscreen with an environmentally sound SPF lotion that provides quality UV protection while being 100% biodegradable. Does not harm reefs or other corral life in the sea like many brand name sunscreens.

#5 is intended for night use or just before bed time- after completing steps 1-4 of the Essential 5- place liberal amounts on your fingertips and gently massage in troubled areas and neck. Do not rinse off and sleep in the cream until the morning. Be careful not to get any of the cream in your eyes. Not intended for other body use.
